Carolyn decided that she wanted a new direction so she began to take courses in Gemology and received her degree as a Graduate Gemologist on October, 2007 from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, Ca.
Having finished her schooling in Gemology; Carolyn D'Angelo opened "Gems and Glitter" on April of 2008. It is located at 2690 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, Ca., 93003. At Gems and Glitter Carolyn instills in all who deal with her that, they the customer are her first priority. Gems and Glitter specializes in Fashion Type Costume Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, Purses, and Evening Bags with glitter, glitzy belts, Women's Apparel, Accessories including Bling Key rings, and Costume Watches.
